That being said, there are tons of areas up here with a Blowing Rock address, less than 5 minutes from downtown and aren't affiliated with the town at all.

The Property Manager may be an Affiliate of the Company.

No affiliation and I have not used this attorney, but he specializes in evictions and has an update on his website about the current situation.

Then the property would be in its own LLC and not associated with you or the management LLC.Also, Anderson Advisors has a company affiliated to them that can help you build business credit and utilize credit card stacking.

That said however, as much of the Residential Housing in Florida is situated within " Communities", The License and related Affiliations will give you a big advantage even if you are going to on focus on Residential alone to as there will be many issues you'll be dealing with where CAM,Condo,and HOA dynamics will be directly affecting the individual properties you will manage!
