A taste of inflation should change the trajectory of real estate prices - what remains to be seen is how quickly and by how much.

It's a trip, you can never discount emotions or personal taste or character when it comes to business.As far as what kind of properties, I'm mainly looking at single family residences on the MLS through my realtor (who is a family member), as well as preforeclosures using an app called Property Radar.

I'm admittedly biased, but I think I have great taste and all of the guests that enter my home say the same thing.

(I'm aware of potential risks)- Any position you recommend me to work during college to get the taste of the general real estate industry?

The 3-day course really gets you excited about all the possibilities of real estate and gives you a taste of all the different avenues you can take (although this was before I found out about Bigger Pockets, which does the same thing but for free.)The mentor program was not at-all worth it in my opinion.

I could go on and on but it's a little taste and scratch on the surface.

Then winter wraps up with a punch in the face, January comes and is moving into February and we can almost taste spring, and everyone is saying "oh dear God when will the sun come back out" and that's when God shows his humor, because now comes the Polar Vortex and it hit's -50, or worse, and -20 starts to feel almost warm. 

Seems like it's apples and oranges; still fruit, but with a different taste.:)

Long story short, I've gotten a taste for larger mumtifamily and decided to sell my 6 units (3 duplexes) to roll into a 30-unit property.

I would really like to close my first deal just to get a taste of the pie.
