I also found that they'd give me little hints, since they rather wanted the double commission, instead of having the sale go to another agent.So, it depends on your market and also how comfortable you'd be not having an agent, who is looking out for your own interest.

(hint: you might have to actively ask them for feedback .. more than once .. most of the time that a wholesaler sends me an unrealistic prospect, I don't have the time to write them a response detailing all of the reasons the deal they just sent me isn't really a deal .. not to mention, most people don't like having their ideas, thoughts, preconceptions, business models etc. challenged. most are offended by this. so unless they come right out and ask me why I'm not making offers or responding to their prospects or a particular deal, I don't usually say anything)

Hint: (more professional style of dressing).Something as simple as a solid color golf shirt with your company logo and a pair of well pressed tan pants might go along way--because first impressions count.Nothing wrong with what you have on in the picture, (for a backyard BBQ or etc...), but it is possible if you're trying to do money business, a little more professionalism might help.Then again maybe not, because you still have to find and get to know people you can partner with.Good Luck!

Hint: If you can somehow have some shade on the compressor it will add life to the unit, because it doesn't have to work so hard to transfer the heat outside.
