I'm always getting postcards from Google in the mail to try Adwords (and I usually just toss em out!).  

These post cards would get sent if people enter their address on our site, but not their contact info.

You call and call and call and call, and mail a post card and call and call again.'

I know Colorado Springs is a hot market right now and I know many owners that are receiving 5 postcards a week from people wanting to buy their properties.

I received this lovely postcard in the mail today, from a well-known, very large management company in the Smokies. 

I’m impressed to those that have made it work, I guess Im just not that person because after a couple hours of searching I couldn’t figure out if I needed to actually have a yellow letter, lick the envelope or not, use a  Post card and didn’t find any metrics for success for any of it.
