Finding an off market deal
Hello everyone. Newbie here looking to started on my journey. New opportunity has presented itself working with an capitol investor if I do a brrrr in Albuquerque. I'm looking for off market multi-family property's in the nicer neighborhoods. Not high crime areas! NOB hill, or north end of town is what I'm looking for.
any leads on how to find a whole saler or someone with off market deals?
