This is self-explanatory.3) Stockton is (in)famous for having high unemployment, low property values, and a bankrupt city government.All three of these things would have to change before you could get a loan, I'm guessing.

A simi famous ambulance chaser files suit againts my LLC, remember he can't go after me personally because the property is in an LLC.  

Some people it seems do not like that as much and want to sell people constantly on systems that they say might make them successful.What always gets me is that people go to these so called (free events..lol) and think this famous person who is making millions is going to talk to them  1 on 1 for days on end to help them become a millionaire all for the low price of 299 after the or at the seminar ( but wait there's more!).

Time will tell, and these could be famous last words, but I think that as expensive as it seems right now, folks in 10 years will remark how low the prices in Shiloh, West Asheville, and the areas just north of downtown.  

Sorry, I misunderstood and thought the point was low wage earners from around the bay area were moving to Stockton and commuting to their low wage jobs from there, rather you're saying they'll start over in Stockton?
