Yeah doctors can be ‘gods’ at times to deal with but they have strong income/ability to pay rent, ususally sign up for longer lease terms with healthy annual rent escalations and have a lot of debt to pay down… so they’re motivated to run a successful practice… in addition to wanting to buy fancy cars, houses, etc. 

There are lots of doctors, high tech executives, business owners that just want to park money and break even to outpace inflation a little.

So do self employed contractors, self employed doctors, lawyers, etc.

Medical school and residency (doctor training) are tough and very time demanding. 

I have a doctor between me and my medical issues, I don't see a commercial and then ask my doctor about that drug.
