I don’t need to make a ton of money, but I will be really disappointed if I can’t at least cover cover cost!  

For that reason my portfolio returns of ~20% per year are actually disappointing to me. 

Original appraisal came back at purchase value which was disappointing as many properties sharing similar SQ FT and Bed/Bath were 20-30% more.

It would be disappointing to be unable to finish the basement, but the property would still cash flow without.

Not a ground shaker and disappointing to hear for those looking to get from A to B without transportation but that's life. 

Actually, I think you're just expressing your frustration in your ability to get going and put something together or at least disappointed with your progress.My experience has always been that when I'm stuck on a step it's because I haven't completed the prior step (sufficiently). 

Not knocking the guy because he obviously is crushing all of us but I was disappointed in what I heard.

I am disappointed they are going out of business.

I liked the color and it was easy to apply;however, I was disappointed in the coverage as the aged wood really drew in the stain.In both cases I used a brush to apply the stain, which was quite a lot of work.Best of luck!
