When I've been checking with previous landlords, they are insisting on the waiver before proving me with the information.I ask landlords the following questions:Did the tenants pay X amount of rent and live their from Y date to Z date?

In there I thought they had a really good idea -provide choices such as with a one year lease the rental increase by x with a 6 month lease it will increase by Y, Month to Monthe will be z.

Not a good thing, especially in z multi.

REI is a river, it always flows from A to Z but HOW it get's there is constantly shifting so what was a happy fishing area on the bank 1 day, is a dry field nowhere another. 

And you should be leery of folks who threaten to sue if you don't x,y,z...that list tends to get longer.

How in the world can they claim there is mold then dictate when and how it will be remediated while you provide alternative rooming... and now they want A-Z... consult an attorney and get out of this situation ASAP.
