There is already good public transport to that immediate area but not everyone can use it for commuting.

@Joshua Muniz I like areas north of downtown and in areas with cta or metra transportation within walking distance.  

I'm sure you can find Prefabricated homes on line that you can buy and they come in a bunch or parts and then you put it together but its not going to be built on a chassis, that is a huge characteristic of a Transportable home like the others.Now back to the fact that you may never have seen a mobile/manufactured house outside of a mobile home park, depending on where you live that could be true, New York City or other high density areas are not going to be where you find these homes.

They might have had a safe that could be transported but no vault or security deposit boxes were built out.  

Tenants will find better public transportation and support services.

@Ken Minard I live in Lubbock tx, here it really depends on the part of town. 5 to 10 mins can transport you to a different economic experience/opportunities.

In Ariz it's the Dept of Transportation the last time I was a licensed MH contractor which was about 10 years ago.

Obviously, transport from a private party sale would be different.

O and by the way investor out of Jamaica Queens with JNCLegacycorp aswell as landlord for a couple of rentals in area oF JAMAICA QIEENS with a small business for depri removal or transport called IronLionllc.

Much higher tuition levels and parents often co-sign their children’s leases near UT.You will need to find a duplex / triplex or one of the many homes built with mother in law suites in Hyde park, Seminole Heights, Tampa Heights or West Tampa.You and your family will be right smack in the middle of the city with good access to transportation, parks and libraries all while getting some potential well paying tenants.
