Like you, opportunities for new purchases that make sense are slim right now.

Yes I’ve seen the taxes in those areas and have been shocked with how high they are and how quickly they can eat away at already slim margins in terms of NOI.

Anything on the MLS is going to be very slim margins.  

And to find something that can give me that kind of  return is slim pickins

@Robin McMullenYou can put in a prepayment penalty that would include required to pay all interest but chances of them signing it are slim and if it’s owner occupied you would be open to a lawsuit since I don’t believe it is legal.There is no way to stop someone.
