I was wondering if there is someone out there who can teach me ins and outs of the Irish market that already knows it because all of the topics covered on the BP podcast are about the American market. 

And even the my Irish grandmother's voice in my head was saying the same thing.But in the two hours that the plumber was fixing the pipes, I followed up on and closed a deal that will make around $15K at signing and another $300 per month for 10 years.Hmmm...If I had listened to my father or my Irish grandmother whispering in my head, I'd have saved $600 but I'd have back pain for days and I might have missed out on a deal that will be worth around $50K total.I think I made the right call and it sounds like you'll do the same and let the experts take care of it.Finally, it took me a while to give in but I applied this to other parts of life as well.I hired a cleaning lady / cook / dynamo that comes to my house 2-3 times per week to clean my house and drop off healthy, pre-made tasty meals for $600 per week (plus the cost of food which is actually less than what I was paying before; honest to God, she's a miracle that I can't believe somebody let go.)Hey... there's that $600 again!

i have a 1984 2br/1ba redman mobile home for sale. my buyer is in need of a wind zone II. i have searched all of the places that mfg stickers and/or data plates are normally located in mobile homes but haven't found anything. neither my title company nor the local dmv could help. i've called local dealers and still no luck. so i reached out to a couple of out of state redman manufacturers and left voicemails. just waiting for a reply. does anyone know of any other sources i can check. thanks in advance for any help with this.

What is important is that you understand how capital gains and  SE tax (per RE dealer status) can drastically affect net profits; it helps you get a better perspective on what projects to pursue (based on margins) when you start comparing things from a risk adjusted basis.

Plus they found leaks on hose attachments the dealer tried to wash away.

After partnering on 3 multifamily deals I became a registered rep of a broker dealer that focused on multifamily and self storage private placements. 

I've yet to test them by not submitting the documents, but it is a nuisance.Also, during the financial crisis my friends who were manufactured home dealers lost their line of credit because the bank decided to stop financing that type of business.
