Has one found out how to solve this problem with Zillow Rental Manager?

I found something about a member asking about him and they thought it was a scam.

We found an amazing 4 unit mixed use multi unit we want to live in.

I have found that the best way to mitigate risk is to either become a real professional, or to invest in nicer assets as @Henry Lazerow mentioned.

Keep your options open besides wholesalers and good deals for you are good regardless of how they are found. 

Personally, I never found it worth it, but everyone's scenario is different.If you have a few good handymen you can call as needed, the rest of property management is pretty easy.  

We found this property had good bones and bad pictures on Zillow.

Just by googling 'buy a house in Nicaragua' I now found the cheapest SFH going for $44k on one of the brokers' websites, a lot of them in the hundreds of thousands USD. 

There are 100's of real estate podcasts out there and honestly I have found many that are better than BP as they have people who have been in real estate and business for a very long time and could run circles around some of the hosts. 

@Dave Rav - I agree with the others that there is no really good way to estimate insurance costs, but I've found some consistency within a particular market/zip code if the rebuild costs and deductibles are the same.
