It's not as big a deal as you think, get in and do your rehab, put a team of handymen and women in place to fix maintenance issues, and collect big returns.

I have a retired deputy, and a retired federal law enforcement officer in my apartment building, both are women by the way, I never bring up the subject, and the tenants who know about it feel safe! 

Most of you are hard working men/women who are smart with their money and have plugged away slowly over time to build your empire.

That being said, she needs reassurances that you will listen to her women's intuition, and that you understand that she has a stronger need for financial safety. 

More women perhaps.You may also want to install motion detector lighting and security cameras around the exterior.

@Marcia Maynard  I have had section 8 in Vancouver WA.. and in all parts of the deep south and rust belt.. probably 200 plus tenants.there is a HUGE difference in the tenant base in those areas compared to where you are..my Section 8 in Vancouver tended to be older widowed women no kids...

My dad especially has spent his life giving back to haven house, the hungry, the homeless, battered women, vets, etc.  

Women even longer.It uses pre-tax money and grows without tax, so the argument about "paying tax eventually" misses the point.   

Seriously, it's crazy how much women spend on their hair, nails, make-up, clothing! 

Just because they are BP members does not give the person a pass .. still need to do your due diligence if your going to do business with anyone you meet here  ( myself included :)  ) However on Balance this site has just been Incredible for me personally.And that's one business man or women's opinion that anyone who spends time on Social media like this is not doing deals.
