I am looking to renting out our current home, since we need to downsize as we recently became empty nesters, I want to purchase a home with a walk-out basement but my husband is against sharing the same roof with a stranger...keep us posted on how the house hacking goes.

I know that my be illogical , but the trust factor dealing in these sums of money is a real thing dealing with strangers.

I wonder how any of you would feel when some strangers tell YOUR child on how/what/when to do things?

They will have better knowledge than random strangers on this forum.

Hi Everyone, I'm not a stranger to real estate in general, but this is my first full year as an investor .

Personally I find this totally immoral to allow a stranger to pay YOUR bills, even if it was my error for not officially shutting off that landlord account, but my opinon on morality didn't sway them.

We have parking and noise issues, trash issues, and strangers walking around instead of people that we know.

You just want strangers on the internet telling you how great you are? 

She's likely not going to find a stranger who is good at both real estate management and investing.
