For starters, unless a package was signed for, there is no way to prove the package was delivered (was it delivered or stolen off the door step?)

Hey @Melanie Stephens, I have stories ranging from having six figures stolen from me from a "mentor" that turned out to be a scam artist, to having a four-unit building wit on the southside of Chicago with every unit being occupied by gang member squatters.
