Unfortunately, it may not work out that way, but hopefully it will be an amicable split when they move out, one where not only can you provide a good history and reference if needed, but also where they don't feel the need to attack your business and potentially damage it long term.JMHO

You can have all the most useful information in the world but if you don't put it to work then of course it's useless.Jeff what I don't understand is why people don't do the research before they attack.

Beware of Fortress, they are with Sidley Austin Law Firm, some of it's upper echelon have now been implicated in a financial scam involving the World Trade Center on 9/11 and we believe they may also have plans to collect large amounts of insurance money from an attack on the Olympics in Vancouver.
