You may be able to find a lease renewal addendum on the file place tab under resources.Then you will be able to revise it based on the sections of your lease agreement you would like to amend/change, but you will have to find your original lease to quote the specific sections of your lease which are being amended.

If the asset manager sees that there is a missing signature, the selling agent will be notified about it requiring them to amend the contract.

If their inspection/resolution period is over then they have no legal standing in terms of trying to get the contract amended.

But if it gets amended and cleaned out to allow more foreclosures in the next 6 months that opportunity will fade away.

To get the deduction for the interest expense, you will need to file an amended return.

If you can't get that, then act quickly to amend the situation.
