U cant abuse the super charger IE I have one 5 minutes from my house but if you charge there all the time Tesla will cut you off it was never intended for that.. same with those that use them for ride share services they will cut those folks off. 

These properties have been abused with no maintenance done whatsoever other than handy Andy patching stuff up as issues came up.

I don't abuse them, I only ask for info on those properties that I have already done my own research on and that I am ready to buy.I have only bought first positions.

This home was so ugly and abused that it scared off most investors (listed/pending/relisted cycle).

Also, if you live in Michigan, you're REQUIRED to have this in your lease:"A tenant who has a reasonable apprehension of present danger to him or her or his or her child from domestic violence, sexual assault, or stalking may have special statutory rights to seek a release of rental obligation under MCL 554.601b."

@Michelle Herschend hit the nail on the head about drug abuse being one of the largest problems here.

American consumers and the regulatory bodies have learned nothing from their mistakes and once again you will be facing the very same abuse of credit.

Abusive behavior is not allowed here.
