There is a certain group on BP that seems to make a sport out of ridiculing people with less experience than them, so I have not been surprised by the tone of some of the comments.

Just cable tv and sports.  

Any reason to come to Pittsburgh (sports, tourism/hospitality, medical jobs, education) is done much better nearby (Philly, Cleveland, DMV/DC, New York, Atlantic City). 

Golf is an upscale, lifestyle sport.

By the way, the best PM are an individual that is active in every aspect of a city: sports, city hall meetings, and the volunteer aspects of the community....

------As for the topic at hand, the most awesome fake gurus are the sports bettors. 

Your monthly insurance will be cheaper because red sports cars in the Atlanta area will have a higher cost.

Fair enough @Ian IppolitoSince you were a good sport the sites I consider to be doing the best job in the marketplace end of the spectrum right now our Crowdstreet and RealCrowd.  

In Louisville you will get groups in town doing bourbon tours, lots of traveling high school sports teams, bachelor/bachelorette parties(some people don’t allow these due to high potential for damage), and etc.

Take photos and get them to sign off that anything left behind can be disposed of.It is 'funny' how people have money for their kids' sports and eating out, but not paying the rent.
