You can probably do multiple if you found GREAT deals.

I have searched online and found no company or market for this type of transaction.

@Anthony Raposa, I appreciate you are new to this, but part of the reason they are "off market" is because if they were easy to find, they would be on market.That being said, off market deals are found by networking.  

I found a lender that said they would do a HELOC, but they are using an automated system to value the property and they are coming up with a value of $186k, using the old information and previous sales price.

I said yes . at some point they moved the hose to the sump pump,  and last week I found out. 

Anyway, my realtor did text me earlier and said the buyers found an insurer who will do it - they just have to "clear it with the State" - so we'll see.
