My first bit of feedback is from your very first sentence.

Read the last two sentences of this provision in my lease:B.

Any time I've tried in the past, lets say out of 10 responses, maybe 3 can form a sentence and actually read what work I need done, 1 will show up to actually do the work, and 0.5 will do the work correctly.

The letter needs to genuine, dont sound like a pawn shop salesmen, try to bring value in as few words as possible because people dont want to read a whole page of words. sign the letter if you type it, and write a little sentence on the bottom of the letter about their property (like hey I love this or that or something like that) to show you're not a pice of crap like the others who write letters using services.

How many of them will let you even complete your sentence?

If you use Wesley's wording for pets, I'd remove the double negative or reword the second sentence.
