You need to see if they are not paying you on time because they legit don’t have money or they are just prioritizing you last in terms of bills they hand to pay.

As a cultivation company I'd try my hardest to take that on as debt but unless you have a very experienced team, the right companies to collaborate with, and shelf space figured out you could be in for a rude awakening as to how hard it is to get paid in this industry 

What I try to teach my kids & friends about what I have learned over the last 20+ years is to prioritize education & cash flow.

We put together a repair/maintenance list based off of the initial property inspection and tenant requests and prioritized what needed immediate attention.
