At least for me, I never wanted to be that 'bus bench' realtor with my headshot plastered all over town.   

If pot is not legal where you are, that is a lease violation and you can evict them on that. 

I knew before the building closed escrow that most of the tenants came home from work, took off their shirt and hung their pot bellies over the balcony rails every day as they drank beer (no joke).

The pot train is rolling now, and within 5-8 years many more states will have some form of legalized recreational marijuana, and the buzz (no pun intended) is going to subside.  

If you can refi $70k out of this property, live on it and charge $800 rent to whoever's living in the big house, you've landed in a big pot of found money.

They talked about snowed in roads with huge pot holes. 

Here in Maryland they are doing something similar with pot .
