Rehabs are tricky because you never know what you will find when you start peeling back layers of the structure.

Granted, it's a great contrarian take that helps RK, DR, and others stand out from the crowd, but believe it or not there often is a lot of collective wisdom in the standard operating procedures (and some major mistakes which is why no one should just blindly follow the herd - but you all should probably wear a mask).

Kind of like when you are in an airplane and they tell you to put your mask on first before you help others. 

Smoke smell isn't a big deal, you just mask them with kilz and something else at the attic, or remove everything then apply a good odor killer.

They are not qualified to peel potatoes or reconstitute food. 

Its is not againt and law or code to paint it pink as long as its not peeling.

Similar to "put on your own oxygen mask before assisting others," do consider funding your own retirement before funding 529 plans for children's college costs.
