I moved just over a year after buying mine when I left the Army and wanted to buy another duplex with a second VA loan but my wife absolutely had to have her own house.  

@John Powell - I'm a disabled Army vet myself :-) If you have any experience in Electrical, that would be the route I would go if I had to pick another field (electrical contractor).

1) How to be confident and talk to the ladies.2) Personal development and meditation are key to getting your thinking straightened out for success.3) That marriage is a raw deal for most men.4) Buy multi family properties and do the house hack thing as soon as I got out of the Army.
