Drew - after talking to the Adams County Motor Vehicle Division it doesn't appear that participation actions work the same for mobile homes as actual real estate.

Its just a matter of time when the states RE divisions start to take the same stance with those that use websites and craigs list to act as RE agents without proper licensing.wholesalers in my mind is they truly want to do that they need to buy their inventory just like  a USed car dealer..

Hello Marco:In addition to the great advice already submitted, here’s a suggestion: Since you are familiar with the courthouse, I suggest you make a visit to the probate division with that case in mind.

its really up to each states real estate divisions if they want to pursue unlicensed activities.. 

It sucks even moreso that that division is very much due in part to religious beliefs, and the intolerance of some to those who have different beliefs.
