If you can spray them down with water then pop them with a floor scraper.

Next question, if my lender says i must live as primary home, but the lender gave me 2 months before moving in, but there are corrections that need to be made based on sfh inspections (purchased home as is after the inspections - i was able to get a reduction of the overall price of the home by $5k) and it may take me more than the 2 months to correct the issues ( duct work sprayed and cleaned and new windows) do I have to move in?

Not to mention insulation will need to be spray foamed which is around $10k just for that.

And with being honest and straight forth with this being the start/beginning of my portfolio, its as though you are spraying some 'run b-gone' spray as you come to realise that no one ( lenders ) really wants anything to do with the beginner.Even with the property already turning a huge profit, the lender still has a raised brow.  

Pest control sprays and says they will be back out in a couple weeks to check on the progress, etc.

I paid the bug man a few hundred 3-4-5 and signed up for a year contract (every three months) he comes to spray.

She says, that's what all those who don't really know call them, those are chemical trails where "they" are spraying us with neurological chemicals for mind control!

Plus any damage from the hundreds of gallons of water they sprayed directly into the eave and attic.
