We have has resistance... but patience has lead us to attract well qualified and responsible tenants in RVA.  

Little Brick ranches duplexes with separate utilities, garages and central air in neighborhoods with possible appreciation :) Those are my favorites but I still can't hardly resist a really good deal even if it's not my ideal property ;).

Certain native woods in florida are actually pretty decent at resisting termites.

The higher the sheen, the more resistant it will be to scratches and it will be easier to clean.

But LVP, Luxury Vinyl Planking, is affordable, easy to install, forgiving on slightly uneven floors, and it is water resistant. 

(60-70% chance to get 1 year tax if you have good credit and reserves/cash).Sometimes they dont tell you that you need to get a CPA letter for 2-5 years of min self employment and the CPA/tax preparer doesnt want to write this letter (tax pro’s often give resistance).
