- Would using this paint once keep the landlord from having to keep repainting scuffed walls and only needing to wipe them off?

I was going to need to paint anyway - I'll just use better paint when I need to do the repaint down the road.I dislike painting so pushing this down the road until next time has is a winning proposition in my book :P haha

We're repainting the entire interior (walls - Revere Pewter (BM) and trim- White) and replacing carpet in the 3 bedrooms with laminate.  

Makes repainting and touchups easier on all your units in the future.  

The following are suggestions to avoid charges:WALLS must be clean and ready to repaint.

Once those tenants move out you have to advertise, minor repairs possibly repaint and new carpet.

Would you replace these cabinets and counter tops, or try to repair and repaint?  

Front of property is painted brick - does it usually make more sense to remove paint, repaint, dryvit?

I know it sounds small but is $50 worth it if you end up repainting when you are turning the unit anyway?
