I promise you you are not going to get rich buying from these companies selling you the illusion of returns as they sell you overpriced properties and are not honest about the real returns you will get over the next few decades  Look really hard in past forum discussions you will see endless and endless stories of terrible turnkey experiences even with very well known and supposedly reputable companies.
