I promise you you are not going to get rich buying from these companies selling you the illusion of returns as they sell you overpriced properties and are not honest about the real returns you will get over the next few decades  Look really hard in past forum discussions you will see endless and endless stories of terrible turnkey experiences even with very well known and supposedly reputable companies.  

You've chosen to make endless assumptions and when I point out an incorrect one, you forget about that one and conjure up another.

This is a very cool idea, and I think the possibilities are endless.

You were smart to start investing down there you have a endless supply of good deals, and by now after being a investor you should know Realtors are not needed.

I understand traveling 1-2 hours opens up almost infinite options, but CA just seems like such an endless variable/huge risk ratio.Examples;About 2 hours north you can buy a 1-2 acre parcel with lake views, for as little as $7K.

Resources are endless. 

If you search through the forums this topic has been beaten to a bloody pulp endlessly.

From there, the house will be fully rented to college students.After the initial house, the possibilities are endless, and I do plan on buying several additional properties once I have earned enough equity on the initial purchase.Thank you, and I look forward to utilizing the tools, and networking found on this website.
