It really isn't that big of a deal to be proactive in this 1 area.Before you shoot the messenger, I'm well aware of all the scenarios when people out of your control disable or circumvent these fail safes.Please consider anything and everything that can possibly be done to make sure this 1 thing is done well and maintained well.Disclaimer; I'm not simping a product or service nor giving advice, I'm imploring upon you to consider the bigger picture.

It's a complete fraud, everyone knows it, but our politicians refuse to do anything about it because it doesn't affect them.The law does say that they can only have one animal per disability.

As a 100% disabled vet, I would have not out of pocket cost associated with this home purchase.It does not appear that this would be the case with either of these programs.This is not an area where the prices are skyrocketing as they are in Southern California.
