I know there has been a lot discussed on here about whether or no condos are a good investment however, after reading countless articles and listening to the podcasts I am still torn- which is why I would like to get input on this specific deal:Off market deal 2br 2b updated unit.

And if so, I would like just a little advice on how to do that in my area from someone who is actually doing it, rather than from the countless of ebooks and books that I have read.

And the turnkeys were a lot less work.As countless others have said, you have to find a great provider who will treat you with integrity.

I think it would behove investors to ask themselves "why is this turnkey provider selling me this property instead of putting it on the MLS and opening it up to countless buyers that could potentially offer a price higher than what's listed?"  

I work countless hours night and day and my sleep is pretty much non existent. 

I understand there are countless ways to structure a deal, but I am trying to leverage my experience, knowledge and time spent on the deal going forward.
