Are there any locations / websites that hold comprehensive lists based on states?

I thought the online forms would be enough, but when I present it to my lawyer, she always finds additional things to add to make it more secure/comprehensive.

Are services like creditkarma comprehensive enough?

I have invested personally with both and they do comprehensive analysis and sound projections. 

If so, you may have to rely on an incomplete title report to close on a property with the understanding that a more comprehensive title search may reveal other issues.

I read some threads about this a while ago but I never found a comprehensive guide either.I actually met a guy at the REIA tonight who only "advertises" by door knocking.
