I bought some seeds from whole foods to plant for my garden for a property not too far from whole foods in the Capital of Alabama; I became interested in Real Estate in an area around whole foods.

I want to be uncomfortable to grow way beyond what I could ever or anyone could have ever expected of me.I had a 6th grade teacher that sat down with my mom and told her, maybe Michael should do something with his hands, possibly become a gardener or something.  

It came on the market over a month ago and i got it for $60k cash.It's located in Garden City, right next to Redford, Livonia, Westland, Wayne and Canton.

Does it include gardeners and snow removal and parkling lot maintenance?

However for areas designated for individual tenant use (like a garden bed in front of the unit, enclosed back patio area, or an assigned parking space) you could write it into the lease as the responsibility of the individual tenant to whom it is assigned.If it is a tri-plex, will you move into only one of the units and still rent out the other two?  

Unfortunately, that has resulted in a number of community garden/urban farm closures over the past couple of years.

Perhaps could leave edges in place to enclose a garden area in your yard.

I have also sent a thank you card (and much bigger gift card) to my gardener once after he interrupted a burglary at one of my houses and actually chased the thief.

The porch needs to be rebuilt and the garden improved - but my main problem is the large shed dormer that makes the house like a mailbox.Any ideas on what i can do to improve it?
