For a 360k, 2k/mo is not enough, unless you bought it for way below that, which I think you do, but to my understanding, if you can't rent it or have cash flow at outsourcing everything out at max value, it is not a good idea.

This property is only 5 minutes from my work, so it lends itself to being a fairly good property for self management, but yes, I do need to consider outsourcing this in the future.
