Hello,Has anyone experimented with outsourcing deal analysis and market analysis?  

For a 360k, 2k/mo is not enough, unless you bought it for way below that, which I think you do, but to my understanding, if you can't rent it or have cash flow at outsourcing everything out at max value, it is not a good idea.

About a year ago, I started getting into publishing and have learned a LOT not only about publishing, but entrepreneurship, outsourcing, scaling a business and etc.

I'm nOt handy and would have out sources everything.....I also decided that overseeing a  building project was outside my circle of competence and decided I'd rather stick with landlording!  

If I do self manage, I would "only" handle the financial side (rent collection/turning units, legal), and outsource the repairs/maintenance/grass cutting.What would you do in my situation?

Most investors are simply committed to outsourcing that work to somebody else who rocks at it.   

This property is only 5 minutes from my work, so it lends itself to being a fairly good property for self management, but yes, I do need to consider outsourcing this in the future.
