haha. this is so called recession is actually happened because fed is stupid enough to add 40% of more us dollar in circulation, but they already burning half of that thru repo project, i can see we are at inflection point, thus this thread is very meaningful, there's correlation between rate,repo and action in real estate, these are the window where you can make heck ton of money by having forward looking thoughtful mindset.

I don't see much wrong if an individual wants their barber to perform a tooth extraction or a blood letting, but the state wants dentistry, medicine...and even barber's to be licensed and to perform only the activities that they are licensed to do in order to protect the public interest.

If any of that changes there will be blood in the streets of the rental market in Denver.
