Anything other than that smells of bait of switch.

We had 2 new couches, now they are being thrown away because the tenants dog apparently spend most of its time on them and now they are stained, ripped and smell bad, the management company is not taking responsibility as they say the do not rent furnished homes but never told us so. 

I've heard so many foul ups and deals killed when dealing with them its not worth it.

I allow pets in my apartments and so far all of the pets are clean and the apartments do not smell. 

Many who would be inclined to fly the Battle Flag of the Army of Northern Virginia (this is most likely the flag you are actually concerned about) will also display the symbol on their car, their key chain or, perhaps, on their cigarette lighter.

The reason I asked this question in the first place is because frankly, to me, it didn't pass the “smell test” .

Even if they don't smoke on the property, the smoke permeates their clothing and the odor can foul the unit.

Then I noticed the gutters improperly routed directly into the ground above the basement, clearly the water is draining directly into the basement.When we went down to the basement the smell of rut and wetness was overwhelming.

You think a seller would want to find out the day before closing, after they've moved out, that you can't get financing and you get your EM back, no harm no foul?
