...I just want to make sure that we are comparing apples to apples (see to scenarios below):...Scenario A: I am using 20% down @3.8% interest at 20 years  = CoC% of 10.2%Scenario B: I am using 20% down @4.2% interest at 30 years = CoC% of 14.3% (+40% increase in CoC%, just extending the loan term).What do you think, Tim?
