To keep track of my work schedule, school (I am a graduate student), life / activities (like dinner with friends, young professionals board meetings, etc ), and side hustling appointments and goals pertaining to real estate I ALWAYS use a paper planner.

I haven't begun negotiation yet- Any thoughts, wisdom, advice, good dinner ideas, before I sit down with her and hash things out (I need to go grocery shopping tonight after I set up a negotiation time)?
