Meaning when you can justify the delay in postal delivery and non return of the mail piece...Example; a geographical farm which is being canvassed monthly standard stamps are fine.

Good Morning, It was previously suggested to mail yellow letters using local postal services, versus having a yellow letter company mail it for me.

We live in the Buffalo suburbs (Cheektowaga/Depew), and I work in Niagara Falls, so we're exploring a pretty wide area currently to figure out what area may work best.

This is usually an informal relationship........the bird dogger may in reality be a pool cleaner, postal worker, gardener, etc.

There are requirements federally under the SEC, the UCC, The Patriot Act, Money Laundering, Treasury Rulings, Federal Reserve, FDIC, HUD, Fair Credit Act, Consumer Federal Protection Act, Fair Housing Act, the Veterans Administration, The Small Business Administration, yes, even the Postal Service, many of which have police powers and their own investigators .

@Darren Sager - Just an FYI, the search capabilities (Find Members) under the "meet" area are not as useful for Canada as they do not appear to understand Postal Codes.
