Everything is in process and I am getting some movement on their end but no commitment on when warranties will be paid.

Removing a lot of the drywall may be a more cost effective alternative to extensive dehumidification, air movement, and treatments.

One thing I found difficult to digest in those shows was the FEAR of foreclosures (short sales, etc) perpetuated and aggravated by your "friendly" buyer's agent.Something along the lines of "OMG, we better submit a FULL PRICE offer for this REO if we ever expect to hear back from the bank, and even that might not be enough.

I can't see any drawbacks to the movement in any case!

Also, IF you can effectively coordinate it, just having all faucets turned off and checking the water meter for movement can give you a good indication.Also, check for tenants running a laundry service out of their own unit or by using the buildings laundry facility, there could be excessive usage...same goes for car washing. some people will do anything for a buck!

Many older houses have settled so there might be some slight movement with the marble.

Stone look porcelain in a very light color...the lightest with both beige and gray movement.
