I will outsource that hopefully by the end of this year.

And proceeds to tell me that it is not a surprise, since some of the TCB functions had been outsourced in the past and that the third party company had to be dismissed because they failed to have satisfactions recorded for numerous liens that had been paid off (this was not the only one).

However, I'd like to set myself up for success (and less stress), by figuring out ways to outsource and automatize my processes.  

But I found a way to efficiently outsource majority of the work so I don't have to personally do it, thankfully.

Hello,Has anyone experimented with outsourcing deal analysis and market analysis?  

For a 360k, 2k/mo is not enough, unless you bought it for way below that, which I think you do, but to my understanding, if you can't rent it or have cash flow at outsourcing everything out at max value, it is not a good idea.
