Yellowish = replace- Bathroom tub caulk - Bathroom tub Glazing or maybe just cleaning- Bathroom Shower head/handles (modern, just not gross)- Bathroom vanity replace/paint - Bathroom Vanity Mirror (modern) - Bathroom Faucet (modern) - Bathroom Vanity Light (modern)- Flooring/Carpet = nice/clean- Lighting should be somewhat updated: polished metal, not gold/bronze- Paint gray/white trim still works, IF paint is in poor condition

This is from Jan. 2022I Hi Tom,Apparently Copper is a non-Ferris metal (ok, enough of the misspelled jokes here).Pretty much all you can do is get some bids.On the bright side, they now use shark bite fittings and (what are basically) hoses vs the old soldered copper stuff, so the labor might be less.Make sure they didn't take your water heater and your furnace, because those also can be targets.Good Luck!

A lot of tennats do not change air filters ever and that causes a major restriction on air flow.check condenser (outside coil) alot of the times they end up getting filled with leaves grass clippings etc.

All they needed was 1 gallon of paint and some new metal posts for the adjustable shelves in the kitchen cabinets as a couple of the plastic ones had broken with her heavy mixing bowls.And a small area where a previous handyman (maybe them) had done an ugly job on a plaster repair.It is a grand slam home run most of mine are only triples
