Valpo.Indiana,S.f M. FINANCING ISSUE
Manufactured home on 1/2 acre and slab, it was gutted by owner and addition was added (heat/air)
Because it still has the metal frame banks, conventional/fha . Won't do this loan .
I was told by credit union that loan has to be an in house , non conventional loan?
Anybody no where I can find a loan for this?
Reommendations,would be appreciated.
