It starts with 30 minutes of networking, then we have  community member talk to the group about something that they're doing or have done (8 evictions in 1st year, dealing with Section 8 Tenants, or recent project highlights), then we have a guest speaker talk to the group.

Highlight the Golf course, get some professional looking pictures of the pool and golf course.

I have one more year on my NYC lease so I need to figure out subleasing or breaking the contract etc to move to FL and check the properties in person.I am sure the list can be much longer but I just highlighted the most important info.
