Aside from informing tenants of what not to put down drains, basket strainers and hair catchers are a simple way to avoid normal ware and tear in your drain lines.

I have found face-to-face interaction much more fruitful!

Argentina regularly prevents US dollars from leaving the country so you might not be able to get your money out if you sell.Because of this, very few international investors buy in Argentina and only the wealthy (the minority) can afford to buy nice properties, so your odds at a capital gain are much lower than normal and you might have an issue selling at any decent price, let alone getting the dollars out of the country.And yes, sadly, the economy is a basket case and corruption is very high.There are so many other great countries in Latin America where you can make a smart real estate investment.

It may grant the usufruct of the property, the right to enjoy the fruits of the land, queit enjoyment and matters generally that are conveyed under a leasehold interest, sometimes the person behind the door may be referred to as a life tenant.

My current niche - acquisition of vacant land (in urban/residential rural areas) via tax liens & deeds, appreciate the value of properties I acquire (I own a permaculture company that installs food forests so I highly look forward to intertwining the worlds of regenerative ecology with real estate), and wholesale to buyers that want to either build and resell at  market value, or to homeowners that want to build a dream home on a property that comes with a biodiverse exotic fruit orchard (which can be streamlined as a side business or appreciated as an amenity that provides abundance for friends and family). 

Question for you, what do you see as the low hanging fruits for agents to leverage and begin to adopt now, before the technology is mature?  

I also realized I like money not because of money, but because I love working and I like to see the fruits of my labor.

I think short term it might be best to tackle the low hanging fruit or easy rents to help fund your additional renovations/improvements.

SW US may be where too many eggs in one basket when there is a slow down and tenants can not pay rent.
