Lastly, beyond 2030 is yet another threat we will have to face and that is A.I. and robots... yes robots.

I don't want to say and do something that is not allowed (that is, to charge them late fee for paying deficiency CAM amount since the lease doesn't actually say it), or give empty threats (that is, to tell them that if they don't pay by an XX date then there will be a YY late fee but then will never reinforce it). 

You will probably find some tenants say the toughest things and will never comply; lawyer-threats and everything, until you give them the N-day eviction notice.

Threats won’t get you far, it will only make matters worse.

It is currently on the market for $119,000, though after seeing the property it does  need a substantial about of remodeling not to mention 8 potential tree removal that are hovering over the house and may pose a threat to it in the event of a bad storm.  

They have vetted and disclosed their processor, they maintain a strict cyber security protocols, etc.

Do not let her threats bully you.

We went with butcherblock countertops because they were on a Cyber Monday special from Menards and we could install them ourselves. 

The threat is they sell and come after me for difference in my purchase price at auction and their sale price.

It's just an empty threat.
