This bringing together of different cultures is often an added bonus for both ourselves and the tenants.  

The design we want is contemporary (which is just a square box) and also, an experienced builder will know what the city wants for permitting.

It's not inconceivable that the schools could eventually improve and a cultural shift occur in the city, and the existing culture of most of the city's residents appears antithetical to such a shift.The overwhelming impression I have when I drive through the city is the problems are bigger than people can solve without Divine assistance.

Most hedge funds and private equity companies are staffed solely by Harvard MBAs and Ivy Leaguers, whereas Larry Fink has sought to create a company culture that emphasizes diverse opinions, and performance and merit over prestigious degrees.

If flat and in a good condition you may keep it flat and it may look more like contemporary style.  

I think the key would be to find a company that is established, has a great/nurturing culture, and a solid on boarding process.

Basically think about the lake culture in central Arkansas as its own microcosm.

Do a contemporary look and it will still look great 10 years from now.  

The price was half of what others I had seen, but the apt itself was a carryover from the 70's when it was built, garrish wallpaper in many patterns graced the walls, and faded peach carpeting..having lived in contemporary interiors, my own designs I couldn't bear to look at this mess, there were other people coming in and running out once they had seen it as well.But I thought now with some wall paper removal and white paint the space could be opened up.

I think that these programs just continue to enable a financially illiterate culture (obviously this includes non-BP'ers).
