I'm not convinced that anyone getting a degree outside of a professional field (medicine, law, etc.) are any more hireable than someone with drive.

Unless you plan to get a degree in medicine, law, engineering or some other "professional" degree it's my opinion that college is as much, if not more, about the experience then the actual physical degree.

Sure, they are higher than 2011 when capital is as achingly tight.

Many in the medical field though are frustrated with pay systems and healthcare reimbursements.. its not all wine and roses :)  but the folks I know in medicine like you say do quite well and are intelligent enough to invest wisely. 

What most people don't know is Sports Medicine was founded in Birmingham (HealthSouth).

Im looking in some of the same states however i need to figure out how to establish designated areas of investment that will not be a major head ache with the flooding issues.

But like any patient in a hospital full of medicines, we could be seeing a situation that doesnt reflect a stability and get worse quickly.I am taking the opportunity to reduce my portfolio, selling some properties and growing my cash.
